The reason why you don't hear much about these stories is because the stories are really old and also the fact that religion shadows the turkic identity today. Most people don't even know or question when the turkic people first encountered religion and became muslim. So with the turkic identity being in the background and religion in the front, majortiy of the population only considers the ottoman era and does not question the whole history, which is sad. This is only an opinion no offense to anyone. Cheers! :)

We are mentioned everywhere!, but not in detail, because we are a part of the final war and judgment day. I mean Syria is right next to us do not forget that :D . The reason why you don't hear much about these stories is because the stories are really old and also the fact that religion shadows the turkic identity today. Most people don't even know or question when the turkic people first encountered religion and became muslim. So with the turkic identity being in the background and religion in the front, majortiy of the population only considers the ottoman era and does not question the whole history, which is sad.
