OLMOS PARK IS NOT A PART IF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO! It’s its own city. When the news person said OLMOS park one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in San Antonio.

Olmos Park has to rely on SATX for fire and police on the regular. The city needs to reevaluate its fiduciary relationship with Olmos Park

@@RomeoCowboy-kt7nm it has its own police, fire department, mayor and city council. IT IS ITS OWN ENTITY! The citizens who live there pay Olmos Park city not city of San Antonio taxes. Yes San Antonio police assist Olmos park police when they’re asked to by Olmos Park but other law enforcement agencies will assist each other when asked. A lot of small city police agencies will ask bigger police agencies to assist them on certain crimes because they have more resources and may have a more skilled officer in investigating a certain crime than they have. Many times the smaller police agencies or rural law enforcement will ask the Texas Rangers to investigate a crime like murder simply because they don’t have the manpower or t(e skill to spend the time investigate it. Police agencies will usually help each other out when asked.

@@TucoJames What year were you born? You would have to have been born in the 30s-60s to experience racism in San Antonio. There are a ton of stories about it. Im Gen X myself and I hear these stories from everyone in their 60s and up easily. We are talking REAL racism..Not the crap they call racism today.
