Kilik is my favorite character in the series and also my main, and to be honest I have NO issues what so ever about Kilik being the main protag of Soul Calibur 6 cuz i kinda felt that he was the main protagonist since his debut anyway, that being said Kilik's whole story, is a bit of a tragic one and the primary reason he's my favorite character, Im just hoping fingers crossed that my two favorite characters Kilik and Xianghua end up together this time.

Jaden Omega Same. Kilik is up there with Siegfried as my favorite characters due to how tragic their stories are and how the seek redemption. I would love if Kilik and Xianghua got together (SC 3 and 4 teased the f*ck out of it). Legitimately this time. Not that have a kid together then leave it in the mountains bs from SC 5 (yes Xiba being their son is still bs).

Jaden Omega well he is the 2nd main protagonist of the series Siegfried main main protagonist of the series which it been that way been confirmed by project soul since Soul Blade. The reason why kilik is the 2nd main protagonist and not the primary one is because his story is not that tragic like Siegfried and plus Siegfried is more powerful overall than Kilik, which it make sense for him to fight and defeat Nightmare alone. Kilik will probably be the main for character in this game for some parts of the game but its mainly gonna be Siegfried overall.

Jaden Omega as for scv that only exist in the original timeline they confirmed this timeline is a new continuity/parallel universe. The reason why they scrap everything from and not continue with it is because of the obvious hate of the game and stuff they did/remove that made the series great turn it to crap. Most of the legacy characters was irrelevant, Nightmare 2 aka the original Nightmare that Siegfried defeated was killed by a simple boring Zwei who moves wasn't that stellar to perform. Siegfried didn't had any children along with some others who didn't really had worthy successors and was replace some great but the rest was crap cast. The two protagonists of that game was some the main hated and despise factors of the entire game which most people despise their hypocrisy cry baby weird incest attitude and their moves are not that powerful to begin with to fight something like Nightmare. The devs stated they decided to soft reboot the series and use a new timeline/ universe to start all over kinda and they can use any character from the series and reintroduced them later on. This will not only bring back characters some people love but they most likely gonna get their background changed like Xiba and Natsu, instead Xiba being a son he will probably be a long lost sibling of Kilik in this time line if they want to keep both the classic legendary cast and bring the young cast back, Xian daughter can probably be treated the same.

Kilik is my favorite Soul Calibur character. I was upset when we didn't return in the 5th game but explaining the plot helped me understand why he was absent but it makes sense. I didn't know Xiba was his son and he was decent replacement for that style of fighting. Thanks for this video. I'd love to see Voldo next.

From my research I found that Xianghua was forced to leave kilik and was to be married to another man because of her father. Because of this new marriage Lexia was born and I believe that xiba lived with his grandfather not knowing who his mother was.

Xianghua wasn't forced to leave Kilik. Kilik made the choice to separate from Xianghua and left her with a broken heart. Xianghua's maternal grandfather made her marry another to save the family reputation.

If I recall correctly, isn't the character (the one you create) also going around the continent/world sealing the Astral Gates like Kilik (which also reminds me of you being able to change the created character's fighting style).
