I've used Sneasler no Sneasel (evolved Hisuian) in UL with Poison jab & close combat (takes 75+75000 to add a 2nd attack which I don't have yet)... there are better choices of course but... it's not bad.

I didn't really like to use it, but it's somehow okay to use it with 2 other pokemon who are great as well. But I used new attack 50candy and stardust on the one I didn't want to use lol... But while playing I saw nobody using sneasel. But I kind of won 7 out of 10 battles so might not that bad?

So, I always had this question, too! You're not limited to using one at a time, which is never mentioned anywhere by Niantic or even top players that create content. You can stack your lucky eggs and star pieces for the desired duration. If you want, you can use 6 lucky eggs at one time to have 2x exp for 3 hours.
