Hisun Axis 500 transmission fix.

Bought at Lowes, 500 axis UTV.. A transmission fix that not terribly hard to do.. Replacing fan gears'

Mine is as clean as yours, same problems, turnbuckle adjusted about 10 times. I'll go check the fan gears.

Nice job. There are a few videos out there replacing the fan gears. Obviously they are using very cheap parts at the factory.

Cheap parts is one thing, these rusted completely out w/barely 13 hrs on the 500 Axis.. Had to be installed like that to be that bad.. Perfect now though!

What probs are you having? Since I fixed gear issue with mine it has been pretty decent.. Did have an oil leak but that was pretty simple to diagnose

I’ve had nothing but problems with this UTV since I got it a year ago. It’s extremely difficult to shift the gears they always stick and it squeaks super loud when driving it and I hate it lol

Was it jumping out of gear or was it hard to shift into gears?

It would pop out of gear while driving, then at the end it would not to go into gear at all when the teeth on gear were completely gone.. Thing is it was like that since day1..
