Hisun CVT Belt change

An in depth look at how to go about changing a CVT belt on a Hisun UTV (Rhino clone).
The process is pretty much identical for the Yamaha Rhino, bar a few very minor items, but if you can conceptualize the method you can apply it to any UTV or any CVT drive system.

I'm looking for the right belt for my 2009 reusch 500. Rhino clone as well but my CVT cover is on the passenger side

I know this post is old but what year was you rhino clone and did you find the gates belt performed better. Mine is a w 2012 hs700. Oem chinese belt is 911.5 x32mm and gates is 943x33mm. Guessing the extra width will make it ride higher hence the extra length

hey man i bought one of these and the belt just went out. but i don’t know what size i have or how to find out to order a belt. i searched the vin but nothing popped up. any help would be appreciated

I can't be certain. The layout of the CVT may be different but essentially the internal workings are all the same. major difference between models and makes is how to access the CVT belt
