It only means placement LP, the lp shown in-game doesnt take kills, bonuses, etc into account

Which you usually dont get anyway. I got 0 bonus or kill points for my kills in 90% of my ranked games. I see streamers with 15 kills getting sometimes 50lp for it if they also win and sometimes nothing. He would have gotton -25 for sure.
