Hit A Tree & Took A Train Ride In Leadville

In this particular video we change camps at turquoise Lake and find a beautiful wood spot down by the river, where unfortunately I hit a tree and mess up one of my fenders, luckily the damage isn't too bad, what a rookie mistake! Later we head into Leadville for a 2 hour old time train ride, then afterwards we head back to camp where I decide to move closer to the river and give a short tour of my campsite.... Welcome to my channel PandaMonium. My name is Ausia and my dog's name is Moo-moo... my rig is the Lucky Panda, a 28ft 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun with a tow trailer and Can-am Maverick 4 wheeler... here we tackle updates, upgrades, travel, rv lifestyle with some hiking, ebiking, 4 wheeling, exploring and events. I travel with a tribe and live full-time in a motorhome off the grid with 700ah of Battle Born lithium batteries. My dad was a Pipeliner from the 1950's until he retired & passed. His best Leadville story was the crew held up in the Golden Burro (not the business name then) for days due to a heavy snowstorm closing the passes both ways. They ate & drank the place dry😂 My favorite Leadviille story - We were getting gas & snacks at the convenience store up the street from the Burro. A guy walked in as I walked out only to see his truck roll from the pump, across the street thur traffic & came to rest in the empty lot on the opposite side of the street. Not a scratch on anyone or anything. The owner had to change his pants 😂. Have fun & bug out before the snow flies - Luv, luv Leadville😍

When I was a kid , we lived near a railroad track , my dad knew the conductor , they would stop and let me ride to the next little town. I road up front and could blow the whistle. It was so much fun. Thx for sharing Stay safe.

What a beautiful day and exploration. I have been on the beautiful old train ride from Durango to Silverton and stayed in a beauriful A frame cabin for 2 days.....The train ride was several hrs long going through beautiful Aspen forrests. Then I went to the big Chuck Wagon dinner and show in Durango. I loved exploring the old cowboy town in Silverton..Silverton is way down at the bottom of the tall mountian. And because of the snow in the winters you cant come and go from Silverton till the thaw in the springtime.

My favorite part of any video is always Moo Moo. Sweet, precious, pretty Moo Moo. I was nervous for her on the train ride; one lurch and she could've launched out the no-window. Love the hammock, but it's at the edge of the cliff. One flip and Moo Moo could've gone over. I think she's been beyond lucky in precarious situations. Always 🙏 for her safety and well-being. Always hoping that you'll keep her away from such risky bleeding-edge situations. Even leash and harness will not keep her safe if she goes over - she'll slip backwards right out of it. I know you love her and don't want her to get hurt. Just wish she was always waaaaay back from the edges. ❤️🐕‍🦺 🙏

I moved to Evergreen, Colorado when I graduated from HS. I was too young to enjoy the majesty. I was very homesick and missed my city life in Queens, NY. I was too much of a party girl then, now I’m dreaming of the day I get my van and can take off and make it back there. 3 more years till my youngest is off to college and then I can get out there.
