Sorry for the long comment in advance. Seen some dudes agreeing but I think I have to disagree with you on the beat. I like the skippy aspect, it gives a bit more energy that you probably wouldn’t get with a classic 5am drake type beat, especially at the tempo the two of them rapped. I think they combined the two styles really well on the beat, with the vocals for drake and the kicks and drill aspects towards cench. Idk if it’s just me but when either of them raps I’m hearing a different aspect of the beat in the back. That being said tho, I think the beat was like this bc of cench, I’ve seen him do freestyles and stuff and this nigga has a very slim range of tempos he can rap in. And obviously Drake is drake so he’ll glide on whatever. Lyricism and everything else I’m with you tho. But just my thoughts. Love

I definitely feel you and thank you for taking the time to even write out your thoughts. I can def understand why people DO like the beat. Something about it just doesn't feel right to me for them as artists, but it is an appropriate type beat for a freestyle like this.

Drake is the most talented artist that I don't like or enjoy in the slightest. I think the beat works fine considering it's a freestyle but wouldn't like it for these two on a proper song. Cench was fine on this but not sure if he stood out enough considering this was going to get more eyes on it because of Drake.
