Even though you hear this all time, but your method of teaching is great. A full explanation without insinuating that we the viewer should already know, you tell us from A to Z hitting every letter of the alphabet . You talk about the fundamentals of the swing and alignment. And thats what it takes to lower your score. Again thanks Aimee and you are truly knowledgeable.

I am two months into learning to golf and a good golfer friend who is giving me lessons told me to watch your videos. I have watched a ton of them and it has help immensely. It also helps that you are so beautiful, athletic and do a great job explaining things. Thank you Aimee.

Aimee, one of the best golf instructors, period. Excellent teaching and illustrations. If you put these methods to practice, guaranteed to lower your scores, improve your golf shots, and have more fun! Well done Aimee!!

She and Alex Eliot have become my go-to for swing related instruction, though Aimee has taken the simplicity of instruction to the next level, as well as broken it out into different videos really well. I'm really impressed by her presentation and ability for clear explanations. It's so helpful.

I have watched about 6 or so of the videos by Aimee now and implemented some of the hip turn into my iron shots, chipping motions and also a few practice swings per round using the separated grip on my Driver. In only 3 rounds I have dropped about 12 strokes off my game. I will occasionally still pull a short iron but overall by ball striking and accuracy has much improved. The one issue I am still having is over hitting greens and that is costing me extra stroked chipping or putting. Controlling my distance will be a video I will have to search as choking down seems to really mess me up. Love the videos, your humour, keeping it basic and just watching your smooth swing and smile. Keep em coming.

hi aimee! thanks for posting "royalty bow" -- looks easy but it's not, at least not for me. with an arms-y swing comes a sway and the weight transfer is done with the shoulders (incorrect). i'm focusing my swing motor lower into the core & lower body away from the arms & shoulders. i also had to practice that royalty bow until i could FEEL my weight shifting from left front foot to the heel. i hadn't been shifting my weight so it took many royalty bows before i could FEEL it. i'm still doing royalty bows to own that weight shift. i don't want to revert to an arms-y swing.

You’re right ... most of us fail to get the weight over and post up. I think it’s much easier for a shorter person. You make it look so easy. I am 6’1 and being top heavy, more difficult for me 😏

Hi, Looks great. Can I ask, when you swing that easy for us to copy, is that the way you actually play? Or do you 'hit' it harder when you play for real? Also what sort of distance will that easy swing produce for you with a 7 iron? I'm just trying to work out if this is the bit to get right before ramping up the speed, or if it is the final product.
@GolfWithAimee4 жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for the question. My arms and shoulders are pretty relaxed, so it may look like I’m not giving it much effort. But this is my 90% power swing. And it’s how I always play on the golf course. I hit my 7-iron around 150 to 155 yards! I hope this helps let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks 😊

My irons often do not go where I aim. Many go left. If I shorten my forward swing they go straighter but shorter. Any suggestion? I have a 15 handicap
