People dont understand what this feels like. And you need to keep tight fists. For new guys that can't be stressed enough. Do it with loose fists. You'll injure yourself if you hit the bag hard enough. Hand wraps don't make a difference if your fists aren't tight.

Agree. You have to make a tight fist the instant before the fist contacts the bag. If you keep a tight fist the entire time, your speed slows tremendously.
