So, the first thing I would recommend is don’t “sing” it. Just make sounds. Think about a firetruck or a little kid on a on swing and play with that sound - sound production not singing. It’s the same thing but mentally it’s a much easier place. Secondly, if you still find yourself cracking with that, try that fire engine or that kid on a swing on a lip trill/buzz. You might need to start there and there’s nothing wrong with that. Start where you are and grow from there. I hope this is helpful!
