DNF has an even more absurd one, Swiftmaster has a long range "wind laser beam" that goes fullscreen, BUT is a melee attack, which means counters can snatch him from 10 meters away

At local tournaments, one of our Dhalsim mains was good enough in SF4 that people would counter pick Cammy Ultra 2 or Fei Long Ultra 2 to catch the limbs.
