I think the real reason why people pick basic DH hero power is not because they think its better but simply because they dont have access to the better one+the better treasure.

Yeah, I'm not really understanding Trump at this point. I don't know if he doesn't want to bring drama into his channel or what but it's obvious why most people won't use the most op hero powers. MAYBE, just maybe he thinks if you're playing heroic you SHOULD have a good collection for the HPs.

To be fair, he did get some value from Sticky Fingers with Primordial Studies. Outside of that, it's probably a sign of needing to design a better starting deck when even with Sticky Fingers AND all spells costing 1 less Fireheart was continually "Too slow" of a card.

Not really. Heck, even in standard since the game began, none of their Overload stuff has really been so powerful so as to warrant the Overload cost. Ironically all the broken Shaman cards have not had Overload (Shudderwock, Galakrond, Boggspine Knuckles, Totemic Reflection, Flametongue Totem, Rockbiter Weapon, Murkspark Eel and Unstable Evolution) To be honest, it's the entire reason why Shaman as a class goes through such a rollercoaster of power level. They keep getting mediocre Overload cards which makes them weak and every so often get some ridiculous non-Overload cards that make them super OP until they get nerfed...

The content you see does have to be the content you play. Try out Legends of Runeterra, the rewards are high enough that you can make a tier 1 deck every 2 weeks of inactive play.
