Pretty disgusting yes copious amounts of skill, preparation and planning around machines we mere mortals don't have access to. Basically a great daydreaming channel about making stuff we can't unless we hit the lottery. He makes it look easy and common place. This results in us walking around with our tung's hanging halfway out beating on stuff with a hammer, little grinder action, some bird 💩 welding and whalah we've created a masterpiece all while feeling equal and enlightened.🤯😉

I'm an engineer at a tow hitch company and have been doing it for the better part of 20 years. I just want to say that was a pleasure to watch! So much craftsmanship put into this project. Its way heavier than it needs to be but executed perfectly. And TIG welded, wow! I too thought you should have clear coated to show off those welds. My only suggestion is make sure to keep that ballmount moving or greased so it doesn't rust in place with how tight the fit is.

The inspiration for this hitch originates from Australia. I worked in a farm 80 kms from Esperance back in 2015 and the UTE's had these universal hitch receivers and I immediately liked them. We built adapters for hauling mobile grain silos. I like the freedom it gives you.
