It was supposed to be positive for both H3CZ AND OpTic Gaming to sell the company to provide more money, resources, and opportunities for everyone in OpTic. Been in college for the last few years so I haven’t stayed in touch so much with all this and am kind of catching up. Been a fan for about a decade and can’t believe this all happened. Optic was a huge part of my life. Supported it for as long as I can remember and this is tough to watch. But, I understand business and how money and profit can cloud peoples’ judgment. Only those who truly love, support, and know what optic is should be the ones running it. I miss the optic trivia videos, vision, smooth comp. Straight gold mine that no one else could do. The people of optic and the personalities are untouched. You can tell just by one video that hitch produced how genuine the community really is compared to the current content. The old optic house, the scuf house, best times. All the new content is flopping compared to what we used to have. Anyway, just wanted to catch up and let the real optic fans (and Davis, Hector and everyone else) know they’ve got another supporter here. On to bigger and better (which they’ve already started but still). Love y’all, thank you for giving me such good laughs and memories over the years. Never forget. Here til the end 🙌

To Hecz and OpTic. Been a loyal fan of OpTic since the start of Mw2 and i love the team, the org and what we are representing. We are a family, growing up with this org and Papa Hecz being in charge was some of the best years with content and videos with personality's we grew to love and appreciate. Not only did he bring us together with the players, but also behind the scenes stuff like events, the COD space and much more. We got to feel the emotions of the players and experience how they are as people and what they do for a living. He brought us in so we could experience what they do because some of us don't have the luxury of being a part of OpTic or becoming pro's. He brought us behind closed doors and made us a part of the ride like we were a part of OpTic in name. Im not a good content creator, i wish i was and i wish i was a part of OpTic. I might not be a part of OpTic in name like the Personalities we love like BigT, Scump, Hitch, Mike, Boze etc...but im sure as hell a part of OpTic in my hearth when i cheer for the teams, when i scream when we win, when i cry when we lose. To hear Hecz and Hitch talk about all the problems they had with Infinite i wish they would have been more vocal about it. I too was one of the fans frustrated about the Halo team being dropped, decisions happening and players being dropped left and right. I knew Corp was the major part, but i never heard any complaints behind the closed door, because we the fans got left out. I know we as fans might not have ''the right'' to know what is going on behind closed door, but being along side this Org for as long as i did and then experiencing the Blackout we did with Content, the creators not being happy and Hecz remaining silent. It felt like no one was fighting for them or us....but hearing that you guys did your best i wanna say thank you. The vision you guys had going into this ''Project'' would have been amazing and i can only imagine where we would have been. I hope OpTic survives and we can find a new start, a better start and start heading towards better times with what OpTic is all about, Family, Content and creating something we fans can love and stand behind like we always have. I have moved away from alot of Esports related news in general and wouldnt consider myself a hardcore Esports fan anymore, but what Optic did for the field is truly pioneers work. Optic was like Lewis and Clark exploring new territory and drawing a map for others to follow. Optic got me interested in competitive in IW, but I had heard of them earlier. They were talked of like legends in the MW2 lobbies. But, at the end of the day Optic has left its mark, and I hope you all the best on your journey forward. 2018 was a bad year for the fans, we were seeing things happen in so many different ways but because it was from the outside we were so confused. Thank you HECZ and Hitch for clearing things up for us, now it all makes sense. And it really really sucks to see how discombobulated things have become . What was once home to such a great family organization with hilarious and super exciting content has definitely died down and flooded out by the business men at hand. The only optic flair still left IMO is HECZ vlogs which I hope never go away! LONG LIVE GREENWALL!!!!

Only 65k views. A truly tragic story being as my dream specifically to join a big organization as optic (was). I really miss the 2013-2016 days. You guys are both great and even though to me at least Hitch is new he’s amazing. All the behind the wall stuff is confusing and I’m sure you guys can’t have much more clarity then me right now. Damn. On an up side, even if this goes bottoms up I know you guys will make another org and “if I was a betting man, which I am” I’d bet all my fucking money on Hecz to have a backup plan. Optic was the first e-sport I ever EVER stuck behind. I knew something was up when y’all moved and I pointed fingers. Found out today at 3am I pointed at the wrong people.
