Hitchens on islamization of Europe and the West: "There is a large and growing muslim population which is making a greater and greater impact on the way in which people live, and penetrating the sky with more and more minarets. And it's, in my view, if people are worried about the islamization of western civilization, this seems to me to be a much more serious part of it, than the frankly pumped up and overplayed wild panic talk about terrorism which we get all the time from our government."

Please sort out the audio levels, the conference audio is pretty bad, with alot of noise... so to compensate this audiences have to turn it up, not knowing how loud the intro music is... you can try keeping the intro music level the same and denoise the interview and up the DB level, so there is more balance between the two audios tracks

Thanks Vic, Actually I mailed it to a few people. The thing to do is to try to connect with like minded people- strength in numbers, and form a lobby. You should also write to your MP, of course -write- don`t email.

This modern redefinition of the word "intolerance" really needs to be dealt with once and for all. Insulting someone is NOT being intolerant. Intolerant is where you cease to tolerate someone by stopping them doing something. The danish cartoons are in no way intolerant. But trying to stop them from being made IS.
