In terms of performance, I think Demari Gray has been one of, if not our, best outfield player. If Gordon can cut out the theatrics, he's the one I'm most excited about - not the finished product but his movement always seems to put him in good attacking positions.

I don't think Minamino was ever bought to play Mane or Salah out of the team though, but rather as their backup. Danjuma in that sense does have the potential to become a worthy successor of one of those two, but for now I do believe he would be better off to stay in Spain for another year or two. He's only there since last summer, so he probably wouldn't fancy a move that quickly anyway.

Arsenal have been really solid defensively ever since the start of last season statistically (besides one offs against bigger clubs), And they are like 2nd in points since september. Its not like the random form they hit last year for a few games after the chelsea game, There's an actual pattern of play and you can see what the players are trying to achieve. This "form" is not because a random switch flipped for a few matches, It's because Lacazette fits the system in place so much better than Auba. I'll be the first one to be doubtful towards Arsenal but they objectively have fixed their broken foundations and rotten club culture that was previously there. They are not near the top right by any means but calling them strong right now or in the near future is fair.
