Super instructive video. If only more KZbinrs would take a lesson from you… It would have been nice to note / verify stuff that is not disclosed very well on the HiTi web site, such as, why the ribbon (aka: toner, inkjet source, whatever) has three or four different colors, and, likely, each image is "printed" three or four times (for each color) before the actual print is ejected. Also, given there are several different "print kits," can we presume all these fit in the same printer. I will do more searching relative to the difference between P500 and P525 printers. This sounds too cool to be true; your video helps clarify that a bit. Again, thanks for making time to upload this video.

Hi Greg. Thank you for this video. How are you printing wirelessly? Can you tell me what brand dongle you have? I couldn't hear what software you use for the test print for the 2x6 strips at the end. I'm a newbie to the business and trying to decide on a printer. I'm leaning towards this one based on price point at this time. Thanks in advance.

Keanna Tolbert I do not print wirelessly because it is to unreliable. I use Breeze System DSLR Remote Pro. www.breezesys.com/solutions/booth/ I only make photo strips. I have not tried all of the other things possible with this software.

Any fix for paper jam 02 error when there's no paper jam? New paper and roll but it started at an event with enough paper and ribbon for it to work anyway. any ideas is good

Hello sir I just finished using up my paper and ribbon, I changed out the paper and ribbon but when I close the system the printer starts up but it keeps telling me paper jam or ribbon out and I know I doing the set right but I keep getting these errors. Bem, estou fazendo um teste na minha que comprei recente HITI P525 L. hoje ao ligar para imprimir pelo picvite o ribon cortou na parte transparente. ai colei com durex ok e tentei novamente, logo deu na hora de imprimir a mensagem SEM FITA. Ai resolvi tentar imprimir pelo cel e imprimiu normalmente pelo wifi. MAS ao tentar novamente imprimir novamente, deu esse erro como se não tivesse ribon (SEM FITA) e na impressora no display dizendo que a impressora esta ok. NÃO SEI O QUE FAÇO.

Imaging Spectrum. Just tell them you want a tray and they will sell it to you. It is actually for another brand printer but it works perfect

What to do if printout has a white line or scratch?

Unfortunately if you have a white line or scratch going through your prince my guess is that you have a damaged print head or a dirty printhead probably should send it to a tie in California that’s where they repair these printers. Good luck!
