Well, Hitler did actually have a fart problem. He farted like a horse in real life, so much so that he was sometimes called “Der Furzer” which means farter.

His personal doctor was a quack according to sources. Albert Speer was dealing with fatigue and stomach pains. Hitler's doctor gave him a packet with "medicine" inside to be mixed with water and drank. Speer took the packet to another doctor who studied it and determined it was mostly vitamins and...I think it was meth. It certainly would have fixed his fatigue problem. As it was, Speer relaxed his work hours a touch and recovered just fine on his own.

The fact he was actually high off his tits never occurred to him. This got especially bad after the failed assassination attempt. The bomb did a number on him. Bits of wood stuck in his flesh, ear drums ruptured, burns along his arms and legs... So, now he needed pain killers in there. I think I understand why he felt he had to take the cyanide AND shoot himself now. All that stuff in his system and he didn't die? The man had an incredible chemical tolerance, it seems.
