Cutscenes were spliced in. By nooooooo means did I do this on the first attempt lmao. But the fight is one continuous run. Some tips: You want to spend as little time as possible in phase two. You should attempt to time a stance break to happen right at the beginning of the second phase, not before. It actually will cut off your critical hit damage in phase one if it causes him to transition, so doing it in phase one is a waste. His poise recovery appears to be much higher in phase two, so you need to break his stance immediately at the start. I learned this purely by trial and error. Interestingly, while critical hit damage gets cut off, status infliction damage *does not* appear to get off. So if you inflict frost or bleed right at the phase transition marker, it will actually push back the damage threshold and lower his starting health for phase two. The ideal scenario is to inflict status damage at the phase transition and inflict enough poise damage that you can stance break him with two heavy hits at the very beginning of phase two, not before.

Timing the posture break to happen right before Miquella’s seizure nuke in phase 2 was quite solid strategy. Makes me wish they showed the posture bar. Either way, stellar (no pun intended)

Personally, I think if Radahn gets nerfed his damage is going to get decreased and nothing else. After all, there are quite a few unfair attacks in both the base game and DLC, and they're still unfair. the worst part is that MOST of them won't kill you, when it should be all.

I went back to rewatch this video, and I thought back to some of your community posts about your visibility issues with this fight. Is it just me or is Radahn's cape too long? Like if you were to actually let it droop all the way down, it'd drag on the floor. I've always perceived it as way too stiff, it's because they have it perpetually floating off the ground LMFAO. If they shortened it to a more reasonable size, and have it flow more elegantly, it's visual issues might subside.

How do you dodge the after image attack where he zooms across the arena if you're in his face? From what I've seen it's undodgable and a guaranteed one shot if you're far away
