Anyone notice the models of both Kane and Lynch? Kane has his Dead Men model while Lynch has his Dog Days model.

Lynch's head model was also from Dead Men. Technologically,IOI had already remade Kane & Lynch models with new Glacier engine.

Kane is voiced by Brian Bloom and Lynch is voiced by Jarion Monroe. But Absolution's Kane is not voiced by Brian Bloom .

Agreed. The newspaper covering their escape is actually right after the first BM mission (later in the game there´s one saying that the manhunt for them has been cancelled). Their appearance in Absolution is anachronistic in more ways - they were in prison in California, didn´t know each other before the actual escape, plus Kane has the appearance from Dead Men (suit + freshly broken nose) while Lynch from Dog Days (different glasses + clothing). I guess it´s just a nice reference :-)

Funny that part with Lynch. That letter Kane's writing is from the intro of the first Kane & Lynch isn't it? very dark and sad that. I'm one of very phew that likes Kane & Lynch, 2nd game was a lot better for gameplay but no music by Jesper Kyd which is very disappointin'.

In "Blood Money" we could read in the newspaper about the escape of Kane&Lybch form the prison truck, then about something like "police stops looking for escaped prisoners", which means, that the events of "Blood Money" and "Kane&Lycnh" keep stepping with each other, and now in the "Absolution" we find Kane in prison writing the letter to his daughter, which means that the events of "Kane&Lynch" have even not happened yet... TIME PARADOX!

So, canonically speaking, Hitman Absolution takes place right before the events of Kane & Lynch Dead Men?

Hard to tell, they seem to have completely screwed the timeline. Originally, it was meant to take place around the time of Blood Money, or at least the Swing King mission. Now however, it takes place around Absolution, and also seems to show Kane and Lynch as having known each other before Kane broke out of jail, which if you've played Dead Men, you know is incorrect.

Doctor Bane Dude Its COMPLETELY FUCKED. Like, you first see Kane all sharp dressed before the mission with the jail and letter thing, wich makes NO SENSE knowing he spent time on prison. Also Lynch is using his Dog Days outfit wich makes no sense either. Never in my life I loved and hated so much an easter egg.

That's impossible, at some pointin the second half of the Hitman Blood Money's storyline you get a newspaper where it's said that Kane and Lynch break out of prison. That means that Kane and Lynch storyline starts closer to the end of the Hitman Blood Money's storyline. *SPOILER* D. dies in Hitman Absolution and she's alive and well in Hitman Blood Money and even saves Agent 47 in the end. It appears that Hitman Absolution should be parallel to Kane and Lynch 2 storyline.

well, the first time i played Hitman absolution, i didint know about Kane and Lynch, in fact, i dont know why, but i thought that Kane was an older agent 47 hiding from the agency (i was 12 years old) and i kinda feel intimidated by him and didint kill him or something, and i also thought that Lynch was some crazy guy that was there only for the joke of the cray man. who would have thought that i was in front of two great characters (and 4 years later i played Kane and Lynch with my best friend)

(My theory may not be correct)it looks like Kane dies at the end it does not start the first Kane and lynch game.at the start of Kane and Lynch they meet for the first time but before in absolution you see Kane writing the letter Kane and Lynch are together.so that probably means Kane says his final goodbyes and Lynch’s where about are forever unknown

It's just like Marvel or DC universe . Kane & Lynch has a differen life in Hitman universe . They break out of prison in 2006 (Hitman Blood Money). But Kane & Lynch Dead Men event was happened in 2007. Also, Lynch is called "Mr. Little" in Hitman universe.(note the newspaper) Wish IO can make a "Kane & Lynch universe" version Agent 47 .

mmm well i think this absolution should be more tied to kane and lynch than blood money since u get to see em here then in blood money all u get s a news paper and even in the prison part u see kane writing the letter to his daighter which is the beggining from kane and lynch. but idk this is just all mixed up i dont think it has anything to do with kane and lynch since in the first one lynch uses some bigass contact glasses and in dog days he uses the sunglasses he has on in the video so idk
