There's a unique NPC that has invitation to Robberts office, he spawns on a bench near the water, then walks to the left completely alone. You can take his disguise and just walk straight through Robberts entire facility without anyone saying a word.

Assassin's Creed had a mode like that eight players all hunting each other down. No teams and you can set traps, trick other players to kill NPCs and stun them when fall for your trick. Good times!

I've never played with this mod, but if you get the timing right, you could sneak through from the rafters, into the building, through the window, up a pipe, and onto the balcony with the satellite dish without being seen. This is typically my go-to for SASO/No KO on Miami. With the mod it's probably riskier, but I'm able to sneak into Robert's office and turn on the AC for the poisoned eyedrops kill, but you can also shoot the computer and leave a weapon on the ground in the storage room to distract Robert's guard, providing you just enough time to kick him off the balcony and leave.

If you're not doing the no bodies found theme, I believe you can use the general's disguise in order to sneak inside! He somewhat isolates himself, and if you can distract him slightly by leading him to a garden area, there's even a body dump nearby to stash him in! From there, you get a guided tour of the facility, and you're even invited to try out his new killer robot that definitely won't shoot him! Of course, you can just scan his face into the robot, and have him murdered by his own kill bot.

I think what you did was cool but I would just get above the track than shot the car, then go into the building through the door next to staircase and turn on the sink, than your knock out the Scientist/guard and switch clothes quickly and hang on the edge of the elevator till it quiets down, then and go further into building and toss a coin to distract the bodyguard than inject Robert with a syringe and either hide for a while than escape or escape by the elevator/staircase.
