did you run into any graphic glitches? I keep having the top half of my screen blurry and glitched. Changed the GS and bios but keeps happening. The only thing that works is software rendering, but that looks really bad.

@@abdelll9737 sorry, i explained wrong: i tried pc first :). But basically no, didn't get the rom working properly, so I plugged in my PS3 and played the HD trilogy collection version of the game.

The game is based on stealth, patience and timing. Study the moves and whereabouts of your target and those surrounding them and the game becomes much easier. Also, try to use the environment to your advantage. It's always very important to keep your cool, walking will lessen suspicion. Experiment my man this is what makes it fun.

Good lord, this game needs some optimization work. I just gave up after battling the Steam version, trying to get it to run on Windows 10. PCSX2 is my only recourse, and I still can't get rid of the weird box in the top-left corner, haha

You could try different regional versions? Sometimes some regions play better than others.

Fair point, although I finally got it to work perfectly by playing the Hitman HD Trilogy version on RPCS3 (the PS3 emulator). It was beautiful and went off without a hitch!

Boy, in the last month I've played and beat Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Contracts, Blood Money, Absolution (yuck), and 2016. Loved most of them, haha. I played through the first three I listed back when they came out and loved them.

Years ago I discovered that the PS2 version of Hitman Contracts is unique because the A/I can spot you from farther away, which makes the game a lot harder to stealth. The only thing I haven't tested is different regions (I'm on Pal) and emulation. If the PCSX2 emulation is identical, then PC players who want a challenge should try it instead of playing the PC version. I made a video proofing the PS2 difference called: Why Hitman Contracts Is Harder On The PlayStation 2. I don't mean to self promote XTimelessGaming, I just want more people to be aware of this.
