Got a backlog to read through first so holding off until I open it up. Happy to see Jamie Delano's Hellblazer vol 2 ( 1 is out in Oct ) will come out next year too. Let's have them all!

The Mawzir (sp?)appears in the Checkmate series that Greg Rucka worked on for awhile. That series needs to be collected, it was so good. And Rucka's Punisher also needs to see some omni love.

When Ringo talks about meeting Death, Tommy and Nat both say what they always thought Death would be like. When he says, “For you, he might be.” Is a great way to explain away why Death of The Endless looks like a goth chick. I managed to find a Hitman # 1 in a comic con in Washington State. I am hoping to get both Garth and John to sign it, and get pictures with them in my Tommy cosplay.

I absolutely love this run! I sadly will not be upgrading to the omnibus. I just no longer do that anymore but if I did, it would definitely be this one! Such an amazing series. It took me almost 4 years to track down vol 6 of the trades for a very fair price. It was mislabled on ebay as issue 6 instead of volume 6 at a buy it now...which I did. The ending on this volume...chef's kiss! Amazing!!! Still wanted to watch this review though Omar, if only, to see what I'm giving up. 😆😢 Ray

I knew nothing about this. Got it on Omar's suggestion and literally am resuming play from the point where he said to not watch this unless you've read it. The man was right on this one. I'm just finishing it and it was fantastic. Solid recommendation Omar, i don't hear you say that about allot as you try to stay neutral, but when you do recommend one, you have a reason.

What story does it cover up to? I have to go look on my shelf what I have the trades up to. lol. Okay, I have up to Ace of Killers in the trades. I love this series so much. I love all Garth's work, but this one probably felt the most light hearted (okay so Rifle Brigade goes full on silly) balanced with some good character development and drama. I love the way it moves between belly laughs and gut punches. Good stuff.
