Prosecutors and other officers get promotions based on how many arrests and convictions they get. I wonder what you think of innocent people who serve time for crimes they did not commit

@@ludacrees that is far from the truth. In the National Prosecuting Authority if you want a better paying job you apply for it and get hired based on experience. Your convictions don't play any role. Get your facts straight. Secondly we work on evidence given to us, if it points to you then it's my job to prove it. You will get convicted if your lawyer fails to disprove it. Angithi he also has to do his job?

This just proves the level of enequality and how the law at most if not at all times favours women and not men, there's way to many sad and heartbreaking stories out there of men who's lives have been destroyed and serving years in prison for crimes they did not commit. Sadly we read about celebrities who have been falsely accused of rape or sexual offenses yet their accusers aren't charged, the Sjava issue as well as Mongezi the comedian then what does that say about the justice system? Then imagine how many not so famous normal people like us not in the public eye ? My first time seeing this channel and I have subscribed and my belief is through engagement and imparting knowledge and sharing experiences we can learn so much from one another. Yes we aknowledge we a GBV pandemic in our country equally so falsely accusation some men from crimes they didn't commit is in turn a pandemic we need to converse deeply about as a nation...
