And it’s easy to find friends that want to be professional, kind and available but finding people off the internet and have them professional is hard plus you have to be in the same time zone to be online and available and not playing at 3 am (nighttime) that is not practical. It is just easier to use your friends for like knowing them personally for more than a day and they are your age (which you could be their age, it is not easy playing with a younger person like when you were 10 and your younger brother or sister asked to play feels like that and it is wird playing with a older person because they may try to meet you in real life DON’T DO THAT!!!) including many other reasons! That is just a possibility one the reasons why they are probably not recruiting you or me and many others. So when you were
