As Conan himself tells your character: "You will have to make a choice. Stay, and be a hero of your own story, or leave and risk losing it all". In fact, I really like this quote, as when used in different way and situation, brings a very interesting philosophical concept for any dreamer with their head in clouds (important note, I dont mean this in pejorative, condemning or any other mean way) - stay in your dreams that gives you a joy and comfort, or leave to a "real world" with the risk of finding it completly alien to you. Hell, and there are still people claiming that videogames are just dumb time-killers with absolutely no other additional value

@@VaniverseGaming yo ive heard in the game u actually secretly get rewarded for leaving its in your stats i think the higher stat that u had previously get u add for more when u start the game again so the previously highest stat u had get boosted in the another start of the game. i would think that is pretty cool and im gunna try it to actually see if you do get that boost.

That's a false analogy here. Your dreams and fantasies are not real, and you cannot escape reality and the suffering it contains. The more you try to flee the more reality will hit you back. You just have to face it. Whereas the Exiled Lands are more of a "prison" where yes, you can be a powerful (war)lord, but ultimately you're a prisoner. Either you're a king in a cage or you embrace freedom and leave the Exiled Lands, with all the risks this new freedom may have. Still, a nice comment there.

I love this game so much even though it preform poorly on consoles, i have a single player save that I beaten the game in two times and I can’t access both my previous bases, this game is really cool but the developers behind it are not triple A dev team, a remake of this game with best graphics and fluid fighting mechanics and smooth optimization and bigger map will be awesome.

I thought they will remake a couple year old game ,and if the game doesn't sell well those chances are slim to none. Game concept is awesome in my opinion both for solo ,pve and pvp. Yeah a little more polish and tightening would be nice

How did you play on the same save file multiple times?

Colton Morrison You play the game as usual and find the key that opens the bracelet and at this point your character’s adventure is over and you’ll get kicked into the character creator again, make another character and play that character and you’ll be in the same save file, go check your previous base location you’ll see your old base and thralls are still there but they will consider you an enemy so either you kill them and steal your old character’s loot from the bases or leave them alive if you’d like to keep your previous save memorable I suppose, that’s what I did to mine, i have multiple bases occupied by my old thralls, i look at my old bases and thralls and remember the times when i was using that base, fun times

Just leave a hole in your base wall and your new character can access any chest even if it's a new toon.

In a PVE server this is false. Everything is autolocked to outsiders. In a single player offline game, I really don't know. I feel like offline single player is pointless, because no one gets to see what you made. Also, like squall said, it will decay, so even if you could access the chests, you would have to migrate all of your stuff to a new base and wait until your stuff decays to retake your old location.

@Justin Marsh I am not sure what you mean is false. What I stated about PvE servers is regarding a clan. If you are part of a clan, and you remove the bracer, your character is reset, but all of your buildings belong to the clan. You have to have another person in the clan to invite you back. If you are alone even if you are in a Clan, it wont work. Cheers!

I'm not normally one who likes his hand to be held in a game, but I've tried to play this game many times and have yet to do anything more significant than leave noob river and try to level a thrall to the point where I can fight without fear of being killed. Glitches and bugs tend to ruin that for me most times, thralls die because it teleported to me a weird way and I have to start from square one as I get angry at all the wasted time and quit for a few months to try again later. Is there a marker or tablet or something at the bosses that lead you in the general direction of completion, or is it all just "I wonder what's here, Oh, I killed this boss, wonder what's over there?" If so, that's pretty sad. There's so much story potential here but it's really easy to miss out on it through sheer ignorance. I'm all for a big open world to explore, but I do want some form of direction if only for a sense of progression. I can build until my heart's content, but still haven't accomplished anything according to the story.

I'm not much bothered by the occasional bugs. The rest about not knowing what to do and where to go? Yep, zero f*ing guide about that in the game! Not even the journey steps help, wonder if they are fixing that in the big update that will come.

I'm looking at getting into this game as a single player, I'm also a fan of Robert E. Howard's writing and I think it is perfect that this is "winning the game". To me it's a selling point, but I enjoy the nihilism of it and Howard's books. Thanks for the New Player guides as well so I know my axe from a hole in the ground.

Greetings! Not finished the game yet but I think it is worthwhile to finish the game and feel that sense of accomplishment of having ended a very hard game. The second time playing the game you can stay there and build and explore to your heart content because you already finished it once. Good Video!

Saying the ending of the game is a little bit lack luster is a gross understatement, I was expecting the cutscene to have some kind of narration like the video at the start. Guess I won't be putting that much effort in finishing it now. Also, voilà is pronounced starting with a "v" sound, not a "w" sound. You got the end right, just not the start ;) Cheers!

Not sure if you can climb in there 12:12, but I found that climbing a bit off the ground out of reach and just staying there eventually the mob following you will leave.

The only console commands you did was spawn in the gear? Or this is a new character, and you looted your "old" houses? (Online on the public server. I deleted my doors to my base. Deleted my character because I "didnt like how it looked" lol and just ran back to my old house before someone looted it.... it didn't last long, on my third run back of transporting my stuff.... someone was in there. But I had already transferred the goods.) Why am I commenting.... I dont know. But I like this Conan game. It's pretty tough. And if you dont know what to do, it literally could take u years to complete the game. Maybe there is some lore in there to guide you, the journal helps. But honestly, good game. Not perfect, but really entertaining. Great video!

That's pretty ridiculous how weak the actual bosses are compared to the world bosses. I have been playing Conan for a very long time and I have never cared to wipe any of my games so I haven't even visited a couple of these bosses. Only one really worth visiting is the king, because he drops tons of demon blood, and the kinscourge for the armor and weapon recipes.

Hey Justin. Most of these are considered Mini Bosses. The only real boss was the Undead Dragon. He is actually pretty tough if you are not geared well. Cheers!

So I believe there was a update because the croc boss is literally hang out in the open a d he has three skulls not one Edit: and yes he is a pain in the rear because of the other crocs hanging around as well

Hey there. Well this is not a build/gear you would probably use. The Bow is Reach of the Red Mother, which is a legendary drop from the red dragon in the unnamed city. The arrows are Hollowbone Arrows that drop from the child of Jhil. The armor was lv 60 Epic Stygian Raider Armor. I had an accuracy tattoo on, and drank an accuracy potion with 50 points in accuracy. The rest of the stats really don't matter. I used this gear to beat things quickly to make the video a bit shorter. Cheers!

This may be the most anti-climactic ending to a game I have ever seen... Would be so much better if they at least had something more interesting than wandering out into a desert to die. Maybe if the story were more focused on your PC having built up a large civilization of exiles and once they finally have the keystone they gather at the wall, remove EVERYONE's bracelets, and march out to conquor the rest of the world.

I’ve been playing this game for only a week now. (Last week of October) I don’t even know or see where the missions are. I’m confused. No heads up detail at all on this game. Doesn’t say anything or waypoints to anything. This game is corny.

Literally an open world sandbox game. The whole concept is to explore level up and craft bigger and better things to explore and level up some more. The journey steps are as close as you are going to get to a quest line combined with some of the activities through the battlepass. All my videos are old, but they should be mostly relevant still.
