unsolicited advice: clove tea works best for parasite infections. Boil a bunch of cloves, drink the tea. Keep the cloves in a small jar with a little bit of tea (refrigerate). The cloves will soften. Eat every morning on an empty stomach. Repeat around the full moon for 3-4 months depending on the severity of the infection. I honestly tried every tincture that is out there but this works best. Get well soon, loads of love 💚

When you stroll the streets of an unknown city, when you have small conversations with the camera about big emotions, when you spent time in nature & connect to yourself. So I've been travelling alone in Indonesia for nearly one month now. However the past few weeks i havent been entirely alone I've made friends became a family with them and met up with old friends too. But yesterday i separated with some friends and came to a completely new island all alone. I hated it at first i was suffering from what you mentioned being in a new space away from your comfort zone. But after today i told myelf let me fully emerge myself into this be like Hitomi. This us what i've always wanted being alone in a foreign country explore and spend time with myelf and my thoughts and today did exactly that. And right now im back from a full day exploring now im having dinner watching you and i am reminded that i am not alone with these thoughts. Thank you for being you, you make life better by just being and going on these rants in your videos trust me you're a gem and whatever you have to say matters. And alot of can relate too.

Hitomi, try to visit Richmond Park, it is a lovely nature escape, they have deer, and various conservation areas. You can also venture into the village or Petersham (grab a coffee in Petersham nursiers). Alternately, Richmond Park is close to Kew Gardens. London has nice little nature escapes, which is needed.
