That’s so true and I’ve never thought about it! KZbin seems to have given us the chance to reconnect in a world where women always are set up against each other in competition when in fact we are so much stronger when we are together!

Yessss about the yoga training! I’m about to start mine in a week. But beforehand, so many of my friends would just be like “you want to be a Yoga instructor? Ok, well when will you be certified?” Expecting me to say like in three months as if it’s just a program for career/money purposes only. I feel like all the people that inspire me have been training for years. I even know people who are certified, but haven’t started teaching yet. And some of my guides have been teaching for decades !! It’s such a sacred practice more than a work out, or stretching. YTT is not just like getting training for a job, it’s a spiritual practice that you never stop learning in. When you become a teacher there is such an overall integrity that needs to be built and that alone can take time.
