Coach Justin! Hey!! I was just wondering how many swings I should do on the Bat Speed Accelerator for each drill. Thanks!
@UltimateBaseballTraining3 жыл бұрын
Hey Jack! I recommend taking 10 quality swings per drill before moving onto the next one. The important thing to remember is quality over quantity.

Shit, this content proves how useless Yankees Leadership is... . Paying Analytics Department year after year. Cashman and Fishman convinced avg doesn t matter. Being ked with bases loaded. Just straight swingin for the fences. Regardless what opposing pitching offers you... . Yankees last in MLB in Hits! Not even mentioning hitting with RISP. Most Players regularly having a huge uppercut. Especially with RISP regularly ending in Double Plays: Coincidence? Not all of us booing because lack of championchips. Just being pissed because they are unable to hit. Especially under pressure. Last October almost every Player strugglin to have 2 quality swings in a row. Not even considerin quality ABs. So please send your content to Hal Steinbrenner. 😂 Probably he won t understand and as usual add someone like Joey Gallo. So after all, great content. Greetings from Germany
