Jeebus. Wish I had this when I was younger. I bat from the left and was always told to not uppercut. These guys do it perfectly.

what I'm not seeing when you demonstrate getting the hands through is the back hip driving the swing. of course it will be a dribbler to the 3rd baseman without the hips. i see those are low pitches so yes you have to change the swing plane to get the barrel down there. what about a letter high strike? youth strike zones are bigger. high school and college as well. Are we still upper cutting? seems best case scenerio if you don't make perfect contact is a pop up or foul ball. thoughts?
