His cousins David Newman and Thomas Newman are film composers. 9 years ago, I wrote a letter to Randy Newman about that he should win an Oscar then something happen, he sent me a Toy Story 3 (Four-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo + Digital Copy) and Toy Story 2 soundtrack with his signature, it's say "Dear Jordan what a nice note you send me. I could be wrong, but you sound like a music to me. I also send the inferior Toy Story 2 soundtrack, good luck - Randy Newman". I got him to win, lucky me.

Randy Newman's uncles, Alfred Newman and Lionel Newman were Oscar-winning composer. His uncle Alfred Newman has won 9 Academy Awards for his work on Alexander's Ragtime Band, Tin Pan Alley, The Song of Bernadette, Mother Wore Tights, With a Song in My Heart, Call Me Madam, Love Is a Many-Splendored Thing, The King and I & Camelot. Lionel Newman won an Academy Award for his work on Hello, Dolly!. His cousins David Newman and Thomas Newman are film composers.

@@megamoviez Yes. Joker was more well composed but Jojo Rabbit's score fit extremely well into the movie. It never pulled me out of the moment. But I think think this movie should just win everything else so yeah I guess
