Hey bro! I've got a 2016 Non Abs model CBR 250R. Which brake pads shall I go for, The stock ones or does any alternative works?

Better use the stock pads bro, for safety. If budget allows you can install the three pot caliper from previous version (ABS model), it has more braking power.
