I was amazed how many crystals were found, Topaz Mountain is certainly living up to its name. Your friend (sorry I forgot his name) so enjoyed setting the blast off lol and some beautiful crystals came out of the rubble and the rocks. Matrix was having fun too, and I laughed to see him going up to watch you shake the dust out, there were small clouds of dust he was Investigating lol. A dusty rather than a dirty job today though I believe you had a job getting the dust out of his fur. Take care and stay safe please my friend good luck and happy fossicking love and hugs to you and Matrix Mary-Ellen UK

Yes, you should have seen all the dirt come off of matrix when I gave him his bath at the end of the trip! I now have your box completed, I wanted to put some topaz in it, I’m so sorry I haven’t gotten to the post office yet to ship out, I’m very slack. Hi I’m getting back on the road and back into civilization now and will be able to get back to shipping. But it will be worth the wait I promise, your box has lots of variety in it now

@@TheCrystalCollector oh Bryan I'm sure it will be splendid and I thank you so much for the care you are taking with it. Terry is downstairs watching tv but when he joins me I shall read your reply to him. He will be thrilled for me and he told Rob about it and he's promised he will look at everything you send me and put it back. He goes online and does auctions, he sells a lot to the US and his online business has really taken off. His shop is so small he is only allowed 1 customer in it at a time though he's doing well there but he never knows when he has to shut it up again. This way he is still earning bless him. Like you he works very hard and we haven't met for so long because I love to hug him and be hugged back, he won't put me at risk bless his heart. At 3:52... it's really nice to see Topaz in it's natural form! Those pockets look MELTED! I'm curious if you saw any signs of vitrification on the surface prior to the blast? I'm always looking for fulgurite knobs from lightning strikes. I know this sounds weird, however I made a terminated black quartz inclusion on the surface of an iron rich rock using a Tesla Coil! No Joke!!

My grandma was on the crew that cut Highway 2 out of the northern Cascade mountains. She said they came across so much quartz they started using it as a gravel replacement for concrete. She had barrels of stones; I don't know the names, but purple and clear quartz were her favorites. One barrel was nothing but cubic pyrite crystals; she traded stones by the pound. She got lots of mossy and 'target' agate and geodes too; Olympic peninsula is a treasure-trove! It all got lost when she passed; new owners of the house took it all to the city dump. Not to worry! Rock-hounds knew when the barrels would be tipped out, and they pounced!
