It's been a long time since I've been back to Vegas but what better time than to celebrate my best friend's and m y 15-year "friend-iversary." Everything was over-the-top decked out for Christmas with elaborate decorations, we got Freeplay at the new hotel/casino Resorts World, people-watched on the Las Vegas strip, and of course we got lost in the intentionally confusing maze of casinos. It was a blast!!

The best part about Las Vegas is that it is only 45 minutes away from the Valley of Fire!!!! Forget Vegas. Head to the state park!!! and the natural hot springs!!

When I lived in Utah I visited Vegas twice a year every year. Started out staying 2 nights per visit. Bumped up to 3 the last couple years. Definitely not a one-night town 😊
