This is such a deja vu experience for me lol! When I went to the US Open last year I had the EXACT same feeling you had, except it was with Djokovic. We walked together to the practice courts and he had his arm around me like I was his son lol. He gave good advice and he was super nice and chill. Like you said, this is one of the moments we remember for the rest of our lives!

It's incredible to just hear and compare the amount of spin Jannik puts on the ball even when hitting super casually. It shows how the modern game is all spin driven and you can never have too much spin. He is truly an amazing player to watch and such a nice humble guy and I wish him all the best in his hopefully long and injury free career. I started following Yannik when Federer had some good things to say about him, because I was a huge fan of Fed. After seeing Yannik play, I noticed his power game is very entertaining and interesting to watch. After watching him for a few years now Yannik has become my favorite player. He's tennis skills are very obvious but I also really admire his cool attitude on and off court. He's always respectful and down-to-earth. Definitely a great role model! I hope he has many years of great success. Getting to hit with him had to be amazing. Definitely would be a highlight of my life as well.

Most important thing he said was to enjoy.....I can resonate with that so much after coming back to tennis after a 12 year absence (I used to play extremely competitive in high school/college), I stopped beating myself up so much and actually just enjoy being on the court. Win or lose, take something positive away and learn to get better. If you have fun playing, you will get better whether it being exhibition games, competitive matches, or practice.

Love Jannick, he's prob my favorite player alongside Alcaraz. I knew since he was 17 and winning Challengers that he would be a great champion. What a privilege to be able to hit with him. He seems like a genuinely nice guy. Also I'm a big fan of Head rackets. As a kid I played with the Radical because of my idol Agassi. Then I played with the first Speeds (the Youtek ones). Lately I've been playing with he Extreme Tour, can't wait to see the new version and your review of it.
