With regard to the cancer therapy again that sounds promising though perhaps not quite as much. I would point out that you very much want to stimulate cells any known metastatic tumors in addition to the primary tumor because they're going to have a importantly different genetic subpopulation. They've evolved to be able to spread in ways that most cells in the primary tumor have not

Hello Grey! We appreciate your question about becoming a volunteer. AGT is not involved in participant selection, so you would need to contact the clinical trial sites if you wish to volunteer for the Phase 1 human trial. The trial sites (clinics and hospitals) are responsible for recruiting patients that qualify for the study. ClinicalTrials.gov will have the information about our clinical trial and the trial sites, here: clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04561258. I have a question....how would this therapy affect breast feeding mothers? For instance, would the immunity and the edited cells be passed on to the infant through breast feeding? Would this therapy have the ability to survive after the 18 months when the child sheds the parents immunity and develop there own? Would this treatment have any benefits for individuals suffering from autoimmune disease such as NMO and those with NMO and HIV ay the same time? Would this therapy interact with a person who is on Rituxamab - monoclonal B cell depleter?

Your technology is exciting and I wish you the best of luck, but please you don't need to exaggerate or vilify current HIV meds, it is true that AZT and earlier meds had toxicity but our current therapies have very limited side effect and it is a disservice to attack these meds.
