for doing partition we need to first filter the dataset and then keep the filtered records separately and then create partition table and load it there? isnt it lengthy? Also when should we use dynamic and static partition?

Consider we have two files. In one file i have thousand of records and in another file i have millions of record so how will i collaborate these two files together and get a particular output from it? for example : in one file i have all the names of the people and the second file contains all the mobile numbers. so inorder to find a particular person's mobile number associated with a particular person, how will that process we will look into ? Kindly share your answers.
