I know this is a joke, but as a real doctor and having attended many surgeries, there are some processes that time is necessary and a lengthy check is more important to avoid bleeding after surgery than being fast during the surgery. (Not to mention that this would be pretty dangerous as human tissue can be very weak sometimes). It would be very fun to watch though, and probably this can help to develop better robotics for surgery (robotic surgery is pretty common nowadays in some situations)
