Rpha 1 comes with clear visor only (12 has dark included as well). Rpha 1 includes extra rear spoiler extension and is aerodynamically more prepared for sporty, leaned position.

Great video. Just what I needed, now, my problem is chossing for sport touring on a BMW F900XR between the RPHA 12 carbon and the RPHA 71 carbon.

Can you also compare the differences between the Rpha 11 vs Rpha 12? is it worth upgrading over?

Depending on if you need to upgrade or not. I’d say yes. It’s basically the exact same as the 11 except it’s better as it now meets ece 22.06. They’ve “improved” the ventilation but removed exhaust vents. But that forehead vent is completely re designed like the shoei. They’ve also moved the visor opening mechanism to the left side of the visor instead of the middle.

I would agree, especially with the visor opening mechanism. I own 3 other helmets. The loud icon airframe halo pro, the moderat Nexx xr3 and in fact an quite rpha 11. I can't express how incredible the design of the open and close mechanism of the rpha 11. It has a sturdy touch when opening and closing the visor with or without gloves. Now I don't own a 12... But watching the video with these guys going through and discussing the 12. You can see at the end of the video with the rider struggling to open the visor with the 12 (also fog forming because there's no pinlock either 😂) during its final verdict... It reminded me similar to my Nexx Xr3, the visor can be a struggle opening sometimes with gloves on and can get old very fast... The 12 is a beautiful helmet with an improvement for ventilation sure... But after seeing that struggle trying to open the visor... Sometimes if something is working fine as it is... maybe it's best to stick with it and not reinvent the wheel... I would just stick with the 11 after that... That's my personal opinion... As an owner of the 2017 Rpha 11 Marvel Venom 1 and 2022 Rpha 11 Dragon Trainer Toothless, I purchased this Rpha 12 Maximized Venom. In my opinion, the Rpha 11 is better in some ways: the visor is easier to mount and less noisy when you raise or lower it, intercom earphones predisposition: the 11 has velcro to secure them, the 12 does not. The helmet bag is also more refined: the 12's is a simple black bag with the R logo and the cord to close it is just the right length; the Venom one has the Marvel logo and the Toothless one has the Dragon Trainer logo and the cord to close it is longer and allows you to wear the helmet over your shoulder without having to carry it in your hand when walking.

I prefer rpha11 because it has lock in front of the visor anb carbon version can use bluetooth.

rpha 1 also has a locking visor. and im not sure what you mean by bluetooth, but i have cardo system on my rpha1 no problems.
