hii i'm from philippines and sinigang is a pork soup dish that is sour that has sampaloc. adobo's sauce is made of soy sauce and it can vary from different taste based on how the person cooks it, it can be sweet and it can be salty too! the kare kare is best partnered with "binagoong" it's a sweet & salty paste that's made of shrimp, restaurants offer it with the kare kare. and the pork sisig is just pork that is fried with onions and such! ❤️
