Frank Montez I have a blacked out rear sight on my PPQ M2 Q5. It’s much better. You can focus on that front sight so well. You should try it.

@@frankmontez6853 Its slightly better if you have aging eyes (wear reading glasses). If not, I dont think it makes a difference. Younger shooters didn't complain about the 3 dot Luminous sights. They were quick to acquire.

Just purchased a VP9 today. Sales guy brought out one that was new in the box and didn't have the button magazine release. It had the paddles. He asked if I still wanted it and I said YES immediately. I personally love the paddle release. I bought a Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 10mm 7 days ago and it is a fantastic gun as well. The VP9 is twice as light as the M&P and the VP9 is THE most comfortable, best fit in the hand, etc. I have ever held. Can't wait to shoot it tomorrow.

Yep, as your eyes age, the RDS makes a difference. I have it on my Wilson Combat 1911, but dont feel the need, yet, to put it on all my guns.

Got mine almost immediately when the VP9 first came out. Threw some Trijicon HDs on there *not that the original sights were bad by any stretch* That pistol is without a doubt my absolute favorite Striker fired handgun.

I've a H&K VP40 and it shoots very accurately love it . Love the paddle release so much better than button ones . If I were to get another 9mm I'd get a 2020 VP9 . Seems it also has a great stock trigger with match grade barrel

I wanted a 2020 VP 9. They didnt have one but they did have a never shot used late 2019 VP 9 for $450. Plus he sold me an extra HK mag for $20. I ll be content till i run across one for now.

The P30 series has the option to swap in shortened version of the slide release. With the correct aftermarket parts the P30 is vastly superior to the VP series.

Watch Hughes Enterprises test of the HK VP9. He dunks it and submerges it in water, mud, and it fired. He also submerged the HK VP9 underwater, pulled the trigger and the HK VP9 fired. I love my HK VP9 (FDE color). It’s a sturdy, tough, good reliable HK striker fired firearm.
