Seven Castle Hong Kong didn’t kick the Brits out. It was a 100 year old agreement between the UK and China that ended. A better example would be someone giving you a Honda to build for a specific length of time and you can do whatever you want to it for your gain, but when that time is up, you have to give the car back and remember that it was never really your’s to own.
