The UI and performances are flawless and it looks so gorgeous with all those animations, with all that customization for menu style and the watchface, but there are some big downside, the recordings, the music crashing, the impossibility to connect the watch with some bluetooth device such as headphones and the sensor I can't really decide between this one and the Hello Watch 3+ 😔😔😔

The biggest issue i found having hk9 ultra 2 is that Wearfit pro on android does not have facebook messenger notification. Are you in any contact with developers to fix it? At the moment the only way to have messenger notifications on hk9 ultra 2 with android is to use chronos app which is not fully compatible with watch(chatgpt is inactive, no ai faces), while using both wearfit pro and chronos at same time causes interferences between both so watch tends to freeze from time to time BTW. chronos app has very good notification settings so you can turn on notification for every single app you have on phone which is great anyways iOS app version has messenger notifications so if you have iphone you are safe the good thing tho is whole notification menu looks very good, text is small and text lenght is quite impressive (compared to w69+ for example when its like 4 times shorter and text is way too big)
