Great review of the wonderful Fairy Lake. Just one mistake, you don’t have to take the shuttle bus, you can walk. It is almost 2km from the entrance to the temple. Thanks for sharing.

i would rather take the bus as the mountain is too steep. and also the fare is just 10rmb if i remember it right. we went there last december and my only complaint is that the comfort rooms are hard to find and less restaurants to dine in so better bring your own food if u dont want to starve

@ bus is actually only 2 rmb, but sometimes the queue is huge.
