Hello everyone in today's video I am going dress up as Monkey D. Luffy and start over from level 1 in GPO. I will grind till the max 575 And Obtain gear 2nd. You can use it as a beginner leveling guide. I will also tell you where to grind, what level, and which technique to use to lure NPCs at various islands.
The Gomu Gomu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit[4] that grants the user the properties of rubber, effectively turning them into a Rubber Human (ゴム人間 Gomu Ningen?) One question. Why didnt you (in the beggining) attack all 5-7 npcs that are there for a quest and then 2-3 shot them with gomu bazooka or pistols. Like that you whould save yourself some time because you kill 5-7 npcs at once.

They are much more common and easy to trade for due to phoeyu crashing the economy by adding legendary fruit chests

Yup the only way for it to revert is pho removing leg chests and keep rare chests or remove chests as a whole.
