主要是天河公園配綫設計有問題，21借用11號綫路軌前往員村站時必須經停未來11號綫月臺，於是月臺歸還11號綫時必須拆卸重置此對月臺門；至於停運，内地有法律强制規定新綫開通必須空車跑圖數月以保安全，不可避免，實際上月臺門與綫路設備切換已經在本月完成，現在已在空車測試，耗時不多

L11 is still being constructed, it will not open until the end of the year. This transfer is just to give back the station to L11 for construction work.
