wait you accidentally swap the time the tuen ma line to mei foo(was supposed to be 4:11)train and tung chung line to tsing yi(was supposed to be 2:17)

Does the yellow light at 8:33 only turn on in depot or always when in manual mode

It is turned on during Restricted Manual mode, where the max speed is 22kph. There is another manual mode where trains can run at line speed, but i am not sure if that will turn on the flashing light or not.
