Yes it's a beautiful home. I have clients that have just gotten into a contract and in lieu of a second floor, the builder has offers the option of a secondary ADU or Casita in the back.... this has bulked the Square Footage up to closer to 4000 SF.

Good vids, accurate information. You may want to review Giddens Homes, since they build on your own lot. Lots of us own land in Liberty Hill, and I noticed available land in communities is very limited the past 2 years. Thanks.

i am about to ditch Lennar...I pre-screened the One-Floor New Pre-construction for $700,000 (2,925 sqft) in Round Rock area and made RSVP. Now, it says that planned One-Floor is not available. I am just pissed. They are building 3,200 sqft with two floor. SUCKs. I don't want the Double Floors, can you HELP!!! I am doing all cash from Ca.
